Refinished Hardwood Floors, Plantation Shutters Throughout, Crown molding, Covered Entry to Kitchen only a few steps from parking. New Windows, New Bosch Dishwasher, New “Upside-Down” Fridge. There is a washer/dryer between the bedrooms. Front entrance includes tile & berber. Most of All, it’s close to the action – within walking distance to Publix, Johnny Rocket’s, Brio Tuscan Grille, Chops, Moe’s, Fado’s Irish Pub, etc. It’s also on the ground floor; No steps. Most, if not all of the nightlife tapers off before you even get here. If there is anything else that you will need, I will go out of my way to make it happen. I am fair and accomodating.
