Refinished Hardwood Floors, Plantation Shutters Throughout, Crown molding, Covered Entry to Kitchen only a few steps from parking. New Windows, New Bosch Dishwasher, New “Upside-Down” Fridge. There is a washer/dryer between the bedrooms. Front entrance includes tile & berber. Most of All, it’s close to the action - within walking distance to Publix, Johnny Rocket’s, Brio Tuscan Grille, Chops, Moe’s, Fado’s Irish Pub, etc. It’s also on the ground floor; No steps. Most, if not all of the nightlife tapers off before you even get here. If there is anything else that you will need, I will go out of my way to make it happen. I am fair and accomodating. I am the Design Department for a Financial Company, but I’m also launching a company of my own. I’m deep into art, technology, and I consider myself a budding entrepreneur. I go out a few times a week and stay busy the rest of the time. I’m very chill & easy to get along with - I’m looking for the same, in a roommate.
